Fairy cakes

Yesterday we decided to have a "cheat" day on our diet so i made some fairy cakes. only made a small batch though as i knew the more i made the more would be eaten. i had a batch of 12 by using 4oz of flour, 4oz of margarine, 4oz od sugar and 2 eggs. also put a cherry in the middle of eack one. they were yummy. x
