Flamingo card

i got a set of toppers from the latest crafts beautiful magazine and inside was this lovely flamingo set so thought i would have a play.

2 bracelets

Imade these 2 bracelets earlier on today. the purple and yellow one was just to add one to my stock but the green and yellow one was a request. x

Caving!

took a look through some old photos with bri. chose some caving pictures at about 10 years ago. was a lot skinnier then than now, tho hope to get my caving  body back once lockdown ends and we can get out more. here on my scrapbook page is 4 of our fav pictures. I did the caving writing on the page using one of my sizzlet sets.

made this card today using backing papers, a stamped image coloured in with pro markers and a sentiment as well as glittery ribbon to finish. x

Gorjuss Birthday Card

decided to do some crafting today, I made several card and 2 ATC's but this one is my best I think. I used a cute gorjuss stamp for the main image, I just love this collection, I have quite a few of their stamps now but always on the lookout for more. x

Coloured Images

I haven't really felt like making cards today but I am running low on my pre coloured images ready to put on cards. I have had dye in my hair this afternoon as im going purple so lightened my hair and going to hopefully put the purple on tomorrow if I get a chance. bri and myself did these images ready to go on cards, I did most of them but bri had a go aswell, tho I don't think he liked doing it. maybe next time he can just make the cups of tea lol x

Farm themed ATC

there is currently a challenge going on at ATC-UK to make an ATC with the theme of a farm so I chose to use this cute house mouse chick themed stamp. I also used some fibre tip pens to colour it and the pink background is done using a pink distressed ink. x

Jam Tarts

 This morning I made some jam tarts for everyone. they came out well and they are yummy. they are easy to make. 8oz of flour and 4oz of butter per 12 tarts made with a bit of water to make mixture into a soft dough, plus a dollop of jam in the middle of them. cook on 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes and leave to cool for a short while before transferring to a wire cooling tray. had to send my husband out to the shop to get more jam as we got half way full and I ran out of jam with 14 left to fill! made a big batch of tarts as they are bound to go quick with everyone in this house. its a nice recipe to do and the results are just pure yumness

gorjuss collection cards

today I fancied doing something a bit different and decided to have a go at the gorjuss collection multiple card 1kit, it involves mainly decoupage so it was a nice change as I normally use stamps, however always up for a challenge x

Birthday Card

I made a few cards today but this one is my fav of the lot. made 4 cards in total today. I have used a magnolia stamp with spellbinder circle shapes and I did the swirls and the cat with sizzix die cutters.

Here is a quick and simple card i made the other day using basic card stock and a forever friends stamp. I decided to colour the bears in blue for a change. x

bracelets made this morning

i was up reasonably early today and was in a crafty mood. got someone staying here at the moment and they are sleeping in my craft room so didn't have access to most of my craft stuff but my bracelet making stuff was in the lounge so made some  Shamballa knot ones.

First attempt at biscuits

this morning I had a look through my cooking book. I haver a lot of plain flour thanks to a friend posting some, we weren't expecting it so it was a lovely surprise. I decided to cook some biscuits, they are going down well. think hubby will look like a biscuit before the end of the day! the pic is only half of them, had to do 2 different batches in the over, partly because we ran out of space in the oven but also because we ran out of trays!They are lovely. defiantly do this recipe again x

Rose tag

this week over on uk stampers forum the tag challenge is to make a tag, any size with any theme. came across this lovely rose stamp so decided to use that aswell as whispers pens and distressed ink.

I made this card today. for the backing papers I did some encaustic wax art and the main picture is done with decoupage layering x

peel off birthday card

made this peel off card for a peel off challenge over on facebook. to do this i used distressed ink background, background edges with a my minds eyes stamp with the peel offs coloured in with whispers pens.
