First attempt at biscuits

this morning I had a look through my cooking book. I haver a lot of plain flour thanks to a friend posting some, we weren't expecting it so it was a lovely surprise. I decided to cook some biscuits, they are going down well. think hubby will look like a biscuit before the end of the day! the pic is only half of them, had to do 2 different batches in the over, partly because we ran out of space in the oven but also because we ran out of trays!They are lovely. defiantly do this recipe again x
